On the rare occasion that you need to request a replacement part under warranty please call your Regional Technical Support Manager to get a record returns case number or alternatively email and we will give you a number to enable you to complete this form.  

Please note we will supply these replacement parts as possible warranty replacements, which means we invoice these in the normal way but will credit the same amount as soon as we have been able to determine that they comply with our warranty conditions. 

We therefore ask you to return the possible faulty items as quickly as possible but within 21 days, after completing the form.  Providing the items are found upon inspection to be faulty, a full credit note will be issued.
